Chloe Wong

Lead Instructor

Chloe played her junior golf in Vancouver and played her collegiate golf for Eastern Illinois University. After graduating in May 2017, she was recruited by the Jack Nicklaus Academy of Golf in Hong Kong to teach and develop their junior golf program. During her three-year tenure with the Academy, Chloe was responsible for providing golf instruction that included private lessons, group classes, holiday golf camps, and school programs. In addition, she was also in charge of running the weekly golf lessons for the New World Charity Foundation’s Springboard Program – a program that provides golf lessons for underprivileged youth.

Chloe moved back to Vancouver in May 2020 and was recruited to coach for Golf Progress Hub at Musqueam, assisting the Director of Instruction in further developing their High Performance Junior Program. Now promoted as Lead Instructor, it is her hope to do more than just help the juniors compete and excel in tournament golf. Chloe is grateful to be able to impart important values like patience, making better judgement, and perseverance to the many juniors she coaches while at the same time keeping them physically fit in a fun environment.

Chloe loves meeting new people and spending time on beautiful courses. When Chloe is not coaching, she provides remote part-time tournament operations assistance for the Vancouver Golf Tour and in her free time, you will find her working out and providing training to ladies at a boxing / kickboxing HIIT studio.

Golf is such a great way to meet new people and Chloe is very excited to meet you!

Brycen Ko

Instructor

Winning breeds winning. During his time playing competitive junior golf, Brycen won over 50 MJT and CJGA Tournaments, capping off his stellar junior record by being crowned BC Junior Boys Champion in 2019. In that Championship played at Fairwinds Golf and Country Club in Nanoose Bay, Brycen was the only competitor over a field of 114 of the best juniors in the  province to score under par over 4 rounds of competition.

Brycen has also represented Canada in multiple national and international events, and in 2021, he signed a full scholarship to play for the UBC Thunderbirds. Now embarking on a new chapter playing professional golf, Brycen is truly excited to also be one of the coaches at Golf Progress Hub. If your goal is to compete and excel in tournament golf, then be ready to work hard, have fun, and play amazing golf!
